What's the link between the following figures and the 1966 World Cup Final
Played 1 Innings 2 Not Out 1 Runs 0 Highest Score 0 Not Out 0* Average 0.00
They are Geoff Hurst's First Class scores for Essex. Even when people don't know the answer they love the question.

I hosted a pub quiz on Saturday and one of the teams was a family of slightly full of it Man City supporters and I resisted mentioning our game when speaking to any of them before the quiz. Then 1st question in the sport round... Who lost 2-1 to West Ham today?
Went down a storm with the other teams!
